    We had a wonderful experience in the country being shown how to cook authentic lasagne and other Anti pasta dishes we arranged the trip through Eric who communicated through email ,He arranged for Kristina our guide to meet at Civitavecchia Port where she took us to a country house about 45 mins away where we were greeted by lovely family . We were shown how to cook and then sat down with the family and eat maybe 6 courses of food,we tried 3 different wines one of which was from there own small vineyard. We Needed Kristina to communicate as there English was as good as our Italian but in some ways that made the day even more special. Thank you for great experience. Jon and Tracy
