The chef Gianluca Formichella shows how to prepare 3 different Roman dishes: Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Learn how to prepare fresh pasta and the tips that only real Chefs know. You will then eat (hopefully) the pasta you have made. Enjoy the different meals matched with three different Italian wines: one Italian Vino Spumante, one local white wine from the region and a great Italian red wine.
