Day 1 : Arrival, Private Sightseeing of Rome & Aperitivo in Trastevere district
Arrival in Rome. A private transfer with taxi can be arranged if requested.
If you arrive soon in Rome, we will give you all necessary information to visit the city on your own in the afternoon: tips about the best shopping streets and some lesser known corners.
You will be delighted by an Italian Aperitivo before dinner. Italian people really love having a tagliere (cold cuts on a board) with a glass of wine, real italian prosecco or the famous Sptritz. We recommend a Dinner in the lively district of Trastevere, one of the most authentic Roman areas with narrow streets full of small bars and restaurants as well as pubs and artists boutiques. Overnight stay in a central Hotel in Rome.

Day 2 : Italian Breakfast and Food Tour around Rome with a Tour Guide
Begin your second day in Roma with a typical Italian Breakfast with the best Cornetto (Roman word for Croissant) and Cappuccino near the world famous Spanish Steps. A walking tour through the beautiful Squares of the city will give you the opportunity to taste the street food dishes. We will toss a coin into the Romantic Trevi Fountain and taste the best Pizza with Mortadella near the impressive Pantheon, the best preserved Roman monument. We will then head to the ancient Jewish neighbourhood, the Ghetto of Rome where we can still find the Real Roman Cuisine. Free time for Lunch. A delicious gelato will be waiting for us near the Roman Forum and the Colosseum where we will learn more about the ancient Roman civilization. Overnight stay in a Central Hotel of Rome.

Day 3 : Visit the Market of Campo dei Fiori on your own and Free Time in Rome
Today you can discover the local Market at Campo dei Fiori where you can taste Italian Speciality such as Olive oil with Truffle, Parmesan Cheese and Pecorino Cheese, Porchetta, Limoncello and a lot more. You have free time but if you want you can book a Pizza Making Course, a Cooking Class in one of the most exclusive locations in Rome. We also recommend to visit Eataly, a huge Shopping Mall specialised in Italian Food.

Day 4 : Tasting of Brunello di Montalcino, a product of excellence
Transfer to Montalcino and take a walk in this small hill town full of enoteche and Restaurants that are second to none. This area is the cradle of the most famous among the italian wines, the excellent Brunello di Montalcino. Visit the Fanti Holding in the middle of the Tuscan Hills to Taste the notorious Brunello di Montalcino DOCG Wine in its territory, this will be a unique and guaranteed experience. Visit of Montalcino and Overnight in the Countryside near Montalcino.

Day 5 : Transfer Florence
Choose if you prefer to go to Florence by Train or Taxi. Arrival in Florence and check in at your 3 star Hotel in the City Centre of Florence. An authorized Tour Guide will make you discover Florence, an incredible city, home of the Italian Renaissance. You will be guided through The Ponte Vecchio, the most famous Bridge of Florence, the Santa Maria del Fiore Cathedral with the great Dome engineered by Brunelleschi, the David of Michelangelo and much more. Day 6: Free day in Florence and Lunch at il Mercato Centrale
Today you can discover the city on your own. For lunch we really recommend to go to the Mercato Centrale where you can enjoy typical Tuscan specialities in a lively environment.

Day 7 : Guided Tour of Siena
Transfer to Siena and guided Tour. Visit on your own the beautiful medieval city of the Palio, the unique Piazza del Campo and the beautiful Cathedral, the high Tower del Mangia and much more. Enjoy a glass of local Chianti wine with prestigious Tuscan Cinta Senese cured meat and crostini (slices of grilled bread).
