Guesthouse vid Vatikanen – Lägenheter Rom

We just left the guesthouse after we stayed for 4 nights. We loved the place! Very friendly owner Gianluca and staff, always time for a chat. Clean rooms, free coffee an comfortable beds. The location, nearby the Vaticaan is really perfect! A few steps away from a supermarket, metro and several restaurants. Definitely a place to go!

This hidden gem only has 4 rooms, all with ensuites and all share an efficiency kitchen where we shared wine, coffee and finger food. Our host Gianlucca was there to greet us, explain the working of the locks and espresso machine. Property locks up like Ft Knox! There is a small lift but you must carry your bags up a ½ flight of stairs first. Rooms and baths all completely updated, spotlessly clean, and include an in-room safe. Breakfast was European provided at pastry shop one block away. Location 3 minute walk to the Vatican Museum entrance and 5 minutes from Octaviano metro station.

I had the pleasure of staying with a friend for a few nights at the Rest Guesthouse. The rooms were spacious and very clean and modern. There were only 4 rooms and we never heard anyone else. There is a self serve 24 hour coffee machine and kitchen for your use. The location is right by the Vatican and there are some great restaurants on the same street. Each room has a mini fridge. Right on the same block is a grocery store, too. Meredith is the owner and Lucas were delightful.
