After 2 hours guided tour in Civitavecchia we stop at Forma restaurant, one of the best restaurants in town. The chef Gianluca Formichella shows how to prepare 3 different Roman dishes: Pasta Carbonara, Cacio e Pepe and Amatriciana. Learn how to prepare fresh pasta and the tips that only real Chefs know. You will then eat (hopefully) the pasta you have made. Enjoy the different meals matched with three different Italian wines: one Italian Vino Spumante, one local white wine from the region and a great Italian red wine.
Continue the Tour with a relaxing stroll along the beautiful promenade of Civitavecchia, where you have the possibility to enjoy the sun sitting in a cosy bar in front of the sea. Finish the tour with a gelato and a coffee at the seapromenade of Civitavecchia near the famous Fort of Michelangelo.

We had a wonderful experience in the country being shown how to cook authentic lasagne and other Anti pasta dishes we arranged the trip through Eric who communicated through email ,He arranged for Kristina our guide to meet at Civitavecchia Port where she took us to a country house about 45 mins away where we were greeted by lovely family . We were shown how to cook and then sat down with the family and eat maybe 6 courses of food,we tried 3 different wines one of which was from there own small vineyard. We Needed Kristina to communicate as there English was as good as our Italian but in some ways that made the day even more special. Thank you for great experience. Jon and Tracy
